I have a similar issue. I bought the printer from walmart.com and I try to redeem the 4 month free but I am not able to do. I did create the account but when I try to select my printer (2722) it wasn't listed in the list.

Hello.

 

I seem to have been given the incorrect ink. My printer keeps flashing amber on the ink cartridge area! Please can you look into this asap. I was given the wrong ink.
