Operating System: Other

Have installed HP Smart app on my Android 10 phone.
The welcome screen (Gathering technical info) keeps popping up even if I select Continue several times.
Have restared phone, re-installed app and tried on another Android 10 phone with the same result.

Login to HP Smart using Chrome browser on the phone works without any issues,

So this app don't work on Android 10 devices?

From PC it works without any issues,

@NibbleByte, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Android 10 does support the HP Smart app. Did you check if there are any pending software updates available for the phone?

Did you reinstall the HP Smart app from the Play Store?

 

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Printer Setup Fails with HP Smart App (Android)
