My printer is connected to the wi-go and my phone is also connected to the same wi-fi but when trying to find the printer it can’t find it.

Does your WiFi have the same name for both the 2.4G & 5G?

If so make the 5G different, and the printer should work better.

Also it is good practice to have a static IP address on the printer.
