I am able to print attachments but when I try to print emails it comes up with a blank page

@MichelleK96, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

To be able to assist you better. I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you printing emails from a web browser or Mail client?
  • What browser or Mail client?
  • Have you tried another browser or Mail client?
  • How does the email appear in the print preview?
  • Is this with every email or just a particular message?
  • Are you using the Airprint drivers to print from?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
