Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have an HP Deskjet 3050A J611 that keeps displaying "Can't connect to the internet" when I try to update it, even though it is connected wireless to the network.

Any web services no longer supported for your printer, that includes services such as HP ePrint and any web-based update process:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05211712

 

What issue do you experience? what reason you are trying to update the printer for?
