Hi @j0hnny97x,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with the web services on your HP DeskJet Plus 4122. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check your internet connection: Make sure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or mobile device. If your internet connection is slow or unstable, this can affect your printer's ability to connect to web services.
  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 60 seconds. Then, plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Update your printer firmware: Check if there are any available updates for your printer's firmware. You can do this by visiting the HP website and searching for your printer model. If there are updates available, follow the instructions to download and install them.
  • Reset your printer's network settings: On your printer's control panel, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Settings. This will reset your printer's network settings to their default values.
  • Reinstall the printer driver: Uninstall the printer driver from your computer or mobile device, and then reinstall it. Make sure that you download the latest version of the driver from the HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
