MFP M127fn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Seems to be a common problem of people unable to connect to web services and the connecting wheel goes forever after clicking enable.  I've followed the steps from other discussions of downloading the latest firmware: LJPro_MFP_M127-M128_full_solution_15309.exe is the one I got from the HP site.  Restarted the computer.  Still no luck.

Otherwise, I can print through my network connection.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Restart the Router, Printer and the Computer in this sequence.Try connecting it again.

If the issue persist, try these steps: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05337026

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
