The product name is HP Deskjet 2600 All-in-One Printer series. The product number is V1N05A. When I or a third party uses the printer's email to print something, it does it correctly. It print the attachments and any written messages included in the email. However, when it comes to doing this same exercise from my mom's phone (brand ZTE, name: Blade Spark, Android 7.1.1) or my dad's phone (brand: ZTE, name Maven 2, Android 7.1.1) print any written messages included in the email but do not print the attachments. What is this about? Is your mobile operating system too late for this type of service?

Since you mentioned this happens only from your parents phone, these steps were suggested. If it's a generic issue throughout, setup ePrint again: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03721293

Uninstall and reinstall the App and try again.

The problem is when somebody try to print out something by the printer's e-mail. Is there some relation with uninstall and reinstall the app to solve a problem when somebody try to print from his personal e-mail? Just to be clear. Please confirm and Thanks a lot.
