Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

I cant sign into the hp smart app on my android phone. It's giving me an apology message something is wrong. I can't print with the app if im not signed in. Even when I sign in from chrome I still can't use the app.
