I have tried several times with installing and uninstalling the hp plugin and hp smart app. but it just keeps telling me on the preview page printer not available.  I am tired of this. because i have to send it to my computer and go to my email to print out the page.  Even the hpeprint email address does not work either. it just prints out the web address not the page. can someone help me out? is there an chat available to use?

I reviewed your post and I understand that that you are unable to print from your phone.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Is your phone and the printer on the same network?
