Product: hp deskjet 2720 all-in-one printer
Operating System: iOS

Hi! I bought the printer ”hp deskjet 2720 all-in-one printer” and when I print papers from it the picture turns out really small and is placed in the upper left corner. When I try to “send out” a copy from the hp app to the printer in the size A4, I get a note saying I don’t have the right sized paper in the printer,  although I’ve put in A4 sized papers. I don’t know what I’ve done wrong, because the first paper I copied turned out normal but all other copies turn out really small. It’s the same thing wether I try to copy from my iPad, iPhone or hp chrome book. I have tried several things to fix it, and searched online endlessly but I have not been able to solve it. Does anyone know what’s wrong?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • What happens when you make photocopies on the printer?
  • Have you tried using the AirPrint option on your iOS devices instead of the HP Smart App?
  • Could you share the picture of the printed document for reference?
