Wi-Fi Direct and Wireless disabled everytime we pressed the button on the printers control panel. A message shows up and says "This feature has been disabled. Contact the person who set up the printer." I am not sure how this got disabled sicne this is a brand new printer. I did not have this issue on the other printers and so far I have 5 who has this issue. How can we enable this feature back? Ahy solution or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Forum suggsted to press the back button repeatedly when lit 5-6 times. In our case for the Office 200 mobile printer series we have to press the cancel button repeatedly 4-5 times until you see to enable / disable menu. We anabled All network and just follow the instruction in the prompts to enable all the wireless features including Wi-Fi direct.
