Wifi has login page for secondary security

I just moved to a new apartment where the wifi is centrally controlled.  You have a common password to get on the WEP access point, then you have to go to a web page and enter your apartment number and another password to be connected to the web.  It looks like the printer is able to get onto the access point, but I don't know how to get it past the webpage where you enter the apartment number and private password.

Can I still be able to use the wifi mode on my printer?  Thanks.

HP does not recommend connecting the printer to a guest network or a Hotspot. If you need assistance with the security page where you enter the password for your apartment, please contact your Internet service provider.
