HP Photosmart 5520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This just recently happened and it doesn't wanna work anymore.
So, my HP Photosmart 5520 is connected to my home network but now he disconnected out of nowhere, and I'm unable to reconnect it via WPS or manually.
Does someone know how to fix this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

Go to the Setup Menu>Wireless>Restore Network Defaults.

Once done, try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi again using the Wireless Setup Wizard.

Setup>Wireless>Wireless Setup Wizard.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!

None of that worked, I hard resetted the printer and then it worked ... for a bit, then I just wouldn't connect anymore.

Are the other devices working on the Wi-Fi? Restart the Router, printer and computer in this sequence and the try.
