HP OfficeJet 5258

How do I wirelessly link my Android Galaxy Note 8 to my new HP OfficeJet 5258 Printer if

I use unlimited data from Verizon account for my Wi-Fi and did not purchase internet connection for home use?

I tried pairing them through my Bluetooth setting but they wouldn't pair.

Using "Advanced Setup instructions on printer screen brings me to a list of Network Names that are not mine.

Thank you for any input!
