I live on $853 /month. Bought a 2742e printer to be able to print from my phone. I cannot afford internet. This is absolutely the worst printer in the world. Every time I want to print something I have to call support and go through a 20 to 25 minute process to get the printer to print. After we get it to print a document , if I have to use it again the next day the same problem is back. I have updated HP Smart AND the HP Printing Utility. Printer Not Available, no connection, printer not recognized, Printing Unsuccessful etc. errors. It has printed 32 pages of info sheets and setup sheets of just me trying to get it to work. I absolutely HATE this piece if junk. I need to print my blood test results to share with my 3 doctors . I have blood cancer(PV) and need to print insurance info as well . Also, I can't register it because the site wont work either. I am fairly tech savvy and have tried everything. I qualify for a free ink promo but it asks for some type of number on the setup page or info page and I can't complete that either And NO it's not the PIN or SN #. Non user-friendly and non- intuitive products and operation. If anyone has an email for someone who works as a higher up at HP, please pass it along. Worst product experience I have ever had in my 66 years.
