Hello,

I need some information because I have an HP printer of the type: photosmart 5520 I cannot scan something to my mac I have an error message while I am connected on the wifi. the error message is: Accept the terms and activate the services? see the print guide.

Which application are you using to scan?

To assist you better, you may send a snapshot of this message you are getting in your next post.

 

Use HP Easy Scan or Apple Image capture as mentioned in this document to scan from your MAC.

 

"Accept the terms and activate the services" this is not an error message. The application you are using is asking for your permission to continue.

If the app is from HP or Apple, you may click on the positive response.
