add HP smart to new laptop

I need to add HP Envy to new laptop. I followed instructions at 123.hp.com and this site said hp smart was installed. But it doesn't show up on laptop MS app list.

HP Smart for Windows is an application from the Windows Store.

Assuming the application was indeed downloaded and installed, try looking for it in the Windows Start (windows key) page.

It might be listed under "recent apps" or, again - assuming it installed, the application will be listed under All Apps in category "H" (for HP).
