Product: photosmart 5520 all in one
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Something flashed about encryption not supported it disappeared  before I could read all of it and it hasn't flashed again. Printer is sending out blank pages.  What can I do? Why isn't  encryption supported now?

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also ensure your Android is up to date
