Product: HP 6830 Officepro printer scanner fax
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

also using HP Smart software which says that scanning is not on this printer, and it is, and have used that function before using a Samsung Galaxy 10 android phone.

@davew8 Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that you are unable to scan from HP 6830 to Samsung Galaxy S20.

 

Please let us know if you are able to print from your Samsung mobile.

 

 

Please uninstall and reinstall the HP service plugin.
