deleted web services

HP Officejet 6700 premium E-ALL-IN-ONE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I followed instructions, from a community member, to delete web services but now I'm unable to access my account via my original claim code.  the printer eprint icon displays "contact administrator" and is all locked.  I'm unable to access web services with newly created HP login.   My previous account is no longer accessible either.  HELP!!!
