Product: Color Laser Jet Pro M252dw
Operating System: Chrome OS

I have been using Google Cloud print successfully for years and now it isn't. Using the following web page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04550264 I couldn't use Method 1 because the printer couldn't be found so tried Method 2 (EWS) and on this page Google Cloud Print couldn't be seen on the Networking page.

 

Has anyone managed to overcome this?

Follow the steps on the document and try printing.
