Hi

How do I make ePrint accept mail from 1&1 IONOS accounts?

I have several customers using domains registered with this provider and they all fail with the same error.

We are printing to 3 different HP Colour LaserJet printers and the error "503 Bad sequence of commands" is returned whenever we try and use the email print service.

If I send mail from a Hotmail or Gmail account the printers all work perfectly.

How do a persuade ePrint to accept messages from my domains??
