Two days ago, the printed requested and I allowed a software update.

After that, ePrint jobs are not coming through.

I've logged on to my ePrint account and everything looks ok, but still no printing.

I restarted the printer, the wireless signal is excellent, and the eprint service is enabled. Diagnostic says everything is working fine.

I don't see a place where I can check the cloud/ePrint printing queue.

Anyone have any ideas how to resolve this.

I just received an email with the following message:

Thank you for using HP's ePrint service. Your print job was received. Printing has been delayed because the printer is currently busy printing other jobs.

My printer is not busy doing anything . . . Is this telling me the ePrint service is busy and that the jobs will eventually print?

Again, where can I check the queue for ePrint jobs? Or, is that not something I can check?

The ePrint idea is great when it works, but issue resolutions are a bit skimpy (as in, not helping much).
