I was an to send email to printer email address but now no longer will print the printer has a ? on the front panel

@Judy80, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that the ePrint feature is not working, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - HP ePrint Job Does Not Print to resolve the issue.
Additionally, Update the printer firmware
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Did not work - I have a Case number 5046447590 open But when it scanned and determine the laptop it was for my Ford employee laptop as working from home.
I was able to use HP eprint and it stopped working around April first. The agent that helped stated the ICLOUD/Ecloud was down and to try in a few days. I do so today after I saw your reply and still does not work.
