I've been trying to set up the printer's email address. The printer will print the "Congratulations, your printer is now web-connected and has its own email address..." confirmation page, but whenever I try to send a test email it doesn't print anything. I've been following all of the requirements (file size, type, etc.). I've tried two different computers and two different email addresses (work and personal). (The printer WILL print wirelessly from my phone using the HP Smart app, but not by using the email address). Thanks for any help!
