Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I have been using eprint for several years. It has just stopped working. I have powered off the printer, re-started the wifi, reset the WPS etc. 

On the printer it says the printer could not connect to the server. Check the internet connection, if required enter a proxy address. I have no idea what a proxy address is. I have entered my IP address and don't get anywhere.

Please make sure the latest printer firmware is installed by following the latest Printer Update Utilitly from your computer:
