Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

Please open the Home Tab and click on Device Configuration,

 

\What is the listed Firmware Datecode for the printer?

 

Assuming its not the latest and lists an earlier date than 20201023, follow below utility from your Mac to update the firmware, and then check for any difference:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/FW_CPE_Consumer/LJ_M203/HP_LaserJet_Pro_M203_Ultra_M206_Pr...
