failed to change mail to Personalize printer's email to my new printer

after installing my new print, 

I login to my printers in hp smart site.

I change my old printer mail to temp mail address,

but when i tried to change the hp eprint mail address to my new printer i get an error

"please enter a valid email address" and then the hp smart website kicks me out.

I get this error for any unique  name.

i will appreciate any help.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

The custom HP ePrint email address might still be assigned to the printer on another HP account.

· If you have access to the other account, remove the printer from that account, and then add it to your account. Do not turn off Web Services during the transfer or the custom address cannot be used again for six months.

· If you do not have access to the other account, create a new custom email address. You can reuse the previous email address in six months.

hi,

first i like to thank you for your help,

but, i have only one account ,

old printer can be change to new mail,but my new printer in the same acount cannot be change to any mail address i tried.

after i tried to change my mail address for my new printer the smart hp site do logout.

why cant i change my new printer email address?

Are you trying to use the same email address for the new and old printer?

Unfortunately the support in  Israel said they does not support my problem.
