I recently changed my internet service and when I reconnected the printer, I was unable to set up both for wireless printing and "wired" printing. HELP

Hi,

You can never connect both wireless and ethernet connection with the printer, connecting it to your router with an ethernet cable automatically disables any wireless capabilities, this cannot be changed.

 

What are you trying to achieve? By connecting an ethernet cable to your router, the printer can be installed on any device connected to that network, either with a cable or wirelessly.

 

If you are trying to connect the printer to two different networks, this cannot be done.
