Have android 9 on samsung galaxy s8 and hp smart app won't sign in so i can't scan etc. i can print from phone eyc but can't get the smart app signed for other features. just says redirect is taking to long then says something went wrong, please try later. Can anyone help as it remders my printer partly useless
