My printer will not print wirelessly, i get a message the printer is not connected to a network, but the wireless is turned on.  i recently changed my broadband to sky and everything else is working wirelessly but not my printer. i have printed out pages from the printers info and followed them as best i can but no joy. can anyone help please. thanks

Hi,

Follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app > Mac OS X' below to reconfigure your printer for the new router and then check for any difference:
