Hello,

 

I am trying to print off my phone to my hp deskjet 3721. I have attached some photos of what is happening no matter what settings I choose.

 

Even the test print does not look right, what am I doing wrong? I have looked everywhere!

I have gone through your Post and I understand your concerns

 

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Also follow the instructions in Step 5 from this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05066387 to manually clean the Paper Feed Rollers
