Can anyone help with printing photos from this rubbish printer?

No matter ho many times i put the correct paper in, it whirrs around a bit and then tells me its 'out of paper'!    I've tried the cleaning of the rollers etc  - updated drivers,   rebooted etc but its driving me nuts!!   its only about 3 months old and im not impressed at all

Any have similar issues - or can help before i consign to the scrap heap and busy a Canon?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I understand. Does this only happen while printing photos or all documents? What is the size and brand of photo paper being used?

Was this the case since the beginning? Make sure you're selecting the right settings: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03422222

Go to the paper handling section of this document and make sure the specifications are met: https://support.hp.com/gb-en/product/hp-envy-photo-6200-all-in-one-printer-series/9073045/document/c...

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
