Flag Post will not load in my browser

HP Recommended
DeskJet 2700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been trying to set up the HP ePrint software and it has not been working. So I tried to set up an account in the HP JetAdvantage thing, but when I click the link to,  it says the site cannot be reached. I don't believe I can set up the ePrint thing without this, so could someone help?
