Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you able to copy well?

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App from your phone and then try printing again.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks for the reply.

Reinstalling HP Smart on my phone didn't help. This issue happens on all iOS devices in my house . Only one device has HP Smart installed.

I can copy documents on the printer without any issues.

If it helps, I tried to print a two-page document from HP Smart on my iPhone (The craft project diploma) and both page 1 and part of page two printed on the first page. After a long delay, the printer continued to print the same image again. I had to cancel printing on the front panel of the printer to get the printer.Page one and two on the same sheet of paperPage one and two on the same sheet of paper

Let's reset the network settings on the Printer: 1. From the printer control panel, touch and slide your finger across the screen, touch Setup, and then touch Network Setup. 2. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored. 3. Touch OK.

Once done, try connecting the Printer back to the Wi-Fi: 1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup. 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Wireless Settings. 4. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard.

Let me know if this helps.
