Product: HP Envy 7800

When I try to print to my printer from my iPhone 12pro, I get a message "contacting printer" and after ages  it says printer is offline. This is despite HP Smart App confirming it is ready for printing. And my wife's Samsung Galaxy S9 prints to it straight away.
