Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M77 fdw
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

1. HP has horrible customer service to even ask a question. I am sorry but I am not paying for something when the printer doesn't even work. They told me to contact Apple then I contacted HP again and said they were going to charge me due to the printer out of warrenty HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

so I am trying the community! 

 

Has anyone has any issues with the Catalina OS picking up a printer. I have 3/4 laptops that will not either find the printer or printer even directly plugged in. The printer is on the same wifi as the laptops and it will either not work or take 10 mins or longer the laptops and printer are in the same room.  Anyone know a trick to fix this?
