my chromebook says my HP is blocked I try to u8nblock but not happening

What model HP Printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

Make sure you are connected to a private network and not a public/guest network.

Check if both the devices are on the same wireless network.
