Product: Hp officejet pro 7740

my printer the hp officejet pro 7740 is not on the printer list on the hp app i want to scan something but i can't it dont recognise it

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-

  • Are you trying to scan from a mobile device or a computer?
  • Are you referring to the HP Smart App?
  • If you're using a computer, what is the Operating System installed on the computer?
