Product: Envy 2000 series

My printer has set up fine and is connected to wifi but will not connect to web services. It says it is in the process of trying to connect but it has so far not been able to. It has been stuck like this all day. Any ideas on how to fix this as i would like to set up instant ink.

@emilia5 I recommend you click here to turn off the web service when done successfully,

Go ahead and click here to turn on the web services, and check if it works
