Are you able to print other documents from the Computer? Is it only from one specific email address that you're unable to print?

I cannot print emails or documents wiressly anymore. I says ; confurguation problem, 0x800700e. what is it and how to fix . yes I have uninstalled the printer and renstalled also turned of power. I know my printer is ok because I can print from my phone or ipad. Please help  [personal information removed]
