@nimsayomar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

To assist you better, are you using the ink cartridges that came with the printer?

Are there any lights blinking on the printer?

Which device are you uisng to print?

Try making a standalone Black and Color copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Make sure to remove the protective plastic tape from the ink cartridges before inserting them into the printer.

 

Check estimated ink levels, Clean the ink cartridges.

Try to print a test page from the printer.
