I installed a new router and now cannot access my HP Officejet Pro 8610. I tried the "Restore Network" option on the printer but cannot change any settings because it says it's been locked by the administrator. I need to know how to unlock my printer. Thank you.

Can you please help me with this as well? I've moved and this is what's happening...
When I click on the WIFI Icon on the screen, then click on Settings, then click Wireless Settings, then click on Wireless Setup Wizard - it says "Feature locked by administrator or the person who setup the printer". How do I fix this so that I can get back to work??? 🙂
