HP OfficeJet Pro 9013 All-in-One Printer

When I send a file to my printer's email address (printer model 9013) can I cause it to be printed double sided?

You are welcome.

As the document says, only select printers ever had the ability to change any of the settings, including the 1-sided default.

Translate "select" to very few.

It is likely what you see is what you get -- ePrint has ever been thus:

Lots of rules, works like a champ when it works, does not do anything outside of the boundaries of its software.

If the setting were available, you would find it when you sign into HP Smart / HP Connected .

Dragon Opinion:  It is not surprising that the help center does not recognize what you describe -- many of these folks were still in school nine years ago.   The documentation is as old as the ePrint software.  The Print History feature was also removed years ago.

Turns out my old OfficeJet Pro 8630 (circa 2015) also included settings.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

The answer is "maybe".

Years ago I had one printer (an OfficeJet Pro 8740) that included the extra settings described in the How-to document.

I've not seen the option since then.

Thank you for sending the various pointers. So far, they have not led to a solution. I am also chatting with the local support, and they seem to be stumped so far.
