My hp Envy 4520 printer and my chromebook are not communicating. They are both on the same wifi network. How can you check to see if they are connected and if they are not, best way to get them connected. Thanks, JimJ52

@JimJ52, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Here is a document HP Printers - Printing from a Chromebook that will help you set up the printer with our Chromebook.

Also, check if your router is dual-band enabled, i.e., if it supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. The printer only works on 2.4GHz and you need to make sure the Chromebook is connected to the same network as the printer.

You can reach out to your ISP for help.

Keep me posted.
