Product: ofiicedeskjet 8620
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Can't connect my mac to my deskjet printer. My pads connect and the computer is online but the printer cannot find it. I tried resetting as suggested but now no printers show when I try to add my printer. Help

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 
  • How is the printer connected to the computer?
