problem with printer failure 0x61011bed

@BernadetteR, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Printer Failure' Error

 

Also, make sure the print carriage is moving freely inside the printer. You may follow the steps from 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
