Product: HP OfficeJet 6954 All-in-One Printer

My printer stopped working. It says there is a paper jam. There is not - I cleaned entire printer, Then it says printer error - turn off. I turn off and the printer says it was shut down improperly. Then back to printer jam error - I just got the printer in Dec of 2018
