my printer is not printing any black ink, the cartridge was low so I put a new one in, aligned the cartridges, cleaned them, ran the tests but still not printing black. It was not printing black when I changed the cartridge either.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
